During the preview
The local photo preview cannot charge you. Payment options and availability appear after you select Make video.
A failed generation
If Retry is available in My videos, use it at no extra charge. If your request is still being checked, wait for its status to update or contact support before trying again.
Refunds and retries
Using a free retry does not refund a payment. Your order details in My videos show the current payment status.
Requesting a refund
For a payment or delivery problem, contact support through Help with your order number and a description of the issue. We review refund requests individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
